As a book, well worth it. If you liked Split Infinity, you'll like Blue Adept since it picks up exactly where Split Infinity left off. A bit of the standard Piers Anthony oh-here's-another-not-quite-relevant-to-the-plot-side-adventure dalliancing, but entertaining and full of great sci fi and fantasy constructs.

However, the d version was CLEARLY transcribed via OCR (Optical Character Recognition) from a printed version and not reviewed by a human being for accuracy. There are between 1 and 5 mistranslated words PER PAGE. Blade instead of Black, "kid" instead of kick, it goes on an on. It becomes distractingly annoying!

I have to recommend the printed version rather than d, which I assume doesn't have these mistakes.
Love the Author and this series!
This was a gift for my husband, who read and loved this series as a teenager. I plan to get all of them for his kindle.
I've read the series several times. I really enjoy Piers Anthony's work. I've also read most of the Xanth series, and loved them as well.
Love this series. I found the last book at a Good Will when I was a child, and it was my favorite book of all time. It's taken me years to finally have access to them. They're finally digital! I bought a just to read this series!

This is a classic piece of work from a great author. I first read this series back in the nineties and decided to revisit it in digital form. There is no one better at weaving political commentary into such an entertaining tale.
