The questions come from a foundational approach "when you go on a date, NEVER feel you have to impress a girl" (capitalization of never and term girl are what he really uses). And just to make sure you don't impress that girl, these are REALLY questions amongst the 101:13. Forgive my ignorance but can you explain what women love about shopping?
17. If you only had the ability to save one person after a boat capsized that had your Dad and husband, who would you save? (OK, this is supposedly a date, so I don't have a husband. But if for some freak of nature I got stuck with someone who asked that question I'd throw him to the sharks before the boat capsized).
60. Do you believe in plastic surgery and do you think it's right or wrong? (What I'm really trying to figure out is if those are real).
70. Do you think the government should pay for treatment for morbidly obese people? (Don't order dessert)
This overpriced (actually $0.50 would be overpriced) what is essentially a pamphlet will make you wince. I worry about boys who have no experience memorizing some of these for real use. What I really want to know is how this man became a dating expert. And his wife; is she for real?

Don't waste your money on this pamphlet. From intro to conclusion, it is 18 pages(9 front and back). It contains horrible useless questions. Please don't waste ur money.
I have been married for more than 7 years. I was curious what it would be like to date nowadays.
Here is what I found. I see it as a good reminder for even married couples (men) to get more into the head of your partner.
Some questions don't apply but might give you some giggles if you think about them.
This is a quick read and definitely worth reading weather you are going on a first date or want to refresh your relationship.

Sometimes going to the dentist and having your teeth pulled (without drugs) is more fun than a first date! Having an arsenal of good questions to ask can certainly prevent those long stretches of silence that often occur on first dates. That's where 101 Good Questions fits the bill. Its short, sweet and to the point...with some additional advice to help set one up for a second date, if you want it! LOL! You should still pick it up if you've been together for a while...it'll boost the conversations of long-term relationships as well.
Who hasn't had this happen? Usually you know the person across the table and that makes for easier conversation. However, for me, it's when you are with someone for the 1st time and you don't have work or friends or family in common to talk about. That's when the dead air time can pop up, and that is the time you need some good questions to smooth out the awkward time. This book can help with that!
I'm sure there's not a person alive who has not been on a date and suffered those awful long silences! Long silences are fine when you're with someone you know well, but not on a first date!
The author first gives some example of questions not to ask. They may sound obvious, but people who are desperate for something to say can come out with most extraordinary things! Next is a list of questions that are more suitable. Use this as a guide and match it up with the person you're with and you'll both be chatting away happily!

This is another one of those books that I always say should be required reading when you turn into a dating age. No change that, this book should be required when you are at a comprehensive reading age. I laughed at the incredible things I know I've heard before and the book in general made me understand at least partly why the battle of the sexes shall continue to be a mystery to both sides. I won't say that this is a book strictly for men though I sure wish I could have had a few dozen copies way back when I was dating. Women will benefit reading it too because we are guilty of being put on the spot with the right things to say on a date and sometimes miss the mark. I am a believer of the question rule Ask the right questions and you will never have to worry about keeping the conversation going on a date or even after you have been married for a while. This book is timeless in it's benefit to those that care enough to read it. Guys and gals Buy this book!
